Starting with a wonderfully curated exhibit of the samples I had produced, visitors were welcomed into the Guilt-Free pop-up space of FranklinTill.

The exhibit ran for 2 days during the Brompton Design Trail along Brompton Road, London. (That’s just down from Harrods for visitors to London).

With all natural ingredients displayed in glass vessels on recycled perspex sheets; from agar-agar to turmeric and spirulina to cornstarch, the display was enticing yet informative.

Within the two days, I ran 2 workshops using two of the four recipes exhibited which were from Materiom contributors. These were 1) heated agar-agar and  2) used coffee composite too.

Here are some photographs of the of the workshops, bioplastic making process and also samples created.
